Changing the giving amount in Vanco

Thank you to those who have participated in the 2024 Stewardship program and everyone who is continuing to support our parish financially.  Many of you have said,  "I have been giving online for a long time, and I want to increase the amount of my offertory, but I just don't know how!" If you have been giving online for a long time, you have signed up to give online via a platform called Vanco.  If you are giving in Vanco and want to increase your giving amount, here are the step-by-step instructions on how to do so. 

Instructions to change your offertory amount in Vanco

2. Go to the bottom of the home page and click on Donate

3. After clicking on Donate, you will be redirected to Vanco's home page. Enter your email address and password. If you forgot your email address or password, click on the link that says "Forgot your Email Address or Password?"

3. If you forgot your email address, call St. Albert the Great at 512-837-7825 ask for help.  If you forgot your password, enter your email address and click on Reset Password. You will receive an email with a temporary password and instructions for resetting your password. 

4. Once you update your password, go back to the home page of Vanco (https://tinyurl.com/ybfsr2jn) and log in using your credentials.
