Turkeys must be completely thawed, cleaned (gizzards/necks removed), unstuffed, and fully prepared (seasoned as you wish) to smoke.
FROZEN TURKEYS NOT ACCEPTED!
Turkeys must be dropped off between 6:15AM – 7:00AM. No birds after 7 AM please.
You must provide a pan to transport your smoked, hot, bird. You may bring your pick up pan and leave it when dropping off your bird. Pick up time is from 3:15PM – 4:00PM. If your bird is 15lbs+ come closer to 4PM. Turkeys must be picked up no later than 4:00PM. Any not picked up by 4PM are considered available to anyone who wants it. Call 512-796-2526 if running late. If you are considering donating a bird to charity you must pick it up and donate it yourself. Space is limited and done on a first come/first served basis.
