By participating in the sacred mass, the members of the church join in intimate fellowship with Christ and with one another. The volunteers in Liturgical Ministry are strengthened by serving God through serving others.
Every time that we go to Mass we must recognize that the simple act of celebrating the Mass takes place because of the efforts of Lectors, Musicians, Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, Hospitality Ministers, Sacristans, Altar servers, Art & Environment, Ministers of Care, Linen Care and our Liturgical Technology. Each of these liturgical ministers finds joy in the role they fulfill at Mass. Please consider volunteering in one of these important ministries. We are especially looking for young adults to participate as well.
Please stop by our Liturgical Ministry Volunteer fair after all the Masses on the weekend of February 26-27 to learn more about how you can serve as a Liturgical Minister. All are welcome.
"Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened,
and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me,
for I am meek and humble of heart; and you will find rest for yourselves.
For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.” Matthew 11:28-30
